Prestige Move and its partner drivers

Prestige Move brings together independent VTC drivers. Prestige Move receives booking requests and allocates them to these drivers: a ride may be carried out by Prestige Move's own driver or entrusted to an independent partner VTC driver.

When a ride is entrusted to a partner driver, the transport contract is concluded directly between the customer and that driver (or their company), whose identity is shown on the booking confirmation and on the invoice. See the terms and conditions.

Personal data

The information you send through the form, WhatsApp or by phone (name, phone number, trip details) is used only to handle your request and your booking. The data controller is Prestige Move. It is shared only with the driver carrying out the ride and kept for as long as needed for the service and for accounting and legal obligations.

The quote form opens WhatsApp: your message is then sent through WhatsApp, under that service's own terms. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by email (contact@private-driver-amboise.com) or on +33 7 57 82 38 61, and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
