Terms and conditions of sale

Prestige Move · Amboise · Last updated: October 2026

1. Who provides the service

Prestige Move is the booking brand shared by several independent private-hire (VTC) drivers. The transport contract is concluded between the customer and the company of the driver carrying out the ride (the “Carrier”). Its identity is shown on the booking confirmation and on the invoice.

2. Booking

Every ride is booked in advance, by WhatsApp, by phone or with the form on the website. The customer provides the date, time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers and contact details. The booking is firm once confirmed by the driver.

3. Price

The price is communicated and confirmed to the customer before departure. It depends on the route, the number of passengers and the time of day (a night surcharge may apply), or on the duration for an hourly hire. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Entrance fees (châteaux, museums), tastings and meals are not included.

4. Payment

Payment can be made by bank card, in cash, by bank transfer or by payment link, as agreed at confirmation. An invoice is issued by the Carrier.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancelling or changing a booking is free of charge, whatever the notice given. We ask you to let us know as soon as possible, by WhatsApp or phone, so that the driver can reorganise.

6. Punctuality and unforeseen events

The driver does everything possible to keep to the agreed time. The driver cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external events (traffic, weather, force majeure). For airport arrivals, flight tracking allows the pick-up time to be adjusted. In the event of a breakdown or unavailability of the vehicle, the Carrier will endeavour to offer an equivalent vehicle or another partner driver.

7. Passengers, luggage and conduct

The number of passengers and bags must respect the capacity of the booked vehicle and be stated at booking, as must the presence of children or animals. Smoking is not allowed on board. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

8. Liability and insurance

The Carrier is responsible for the proper performance of the transport. Vehicles and passengers carried are insured in accordance with the regulations applicable to public passenger transport.

9. Personal data

The information you provide (name, phone number, ride details) is used only to process your booking and issue the invoice. It is shared only with the driver carrying out the ride, is neither sold nor passed on to other third parties, and is kept for as long as needed for the service and for accounting and legal obligations. You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us on +33 7 57 82 38 61.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of any difficulty, we first look for an amicable solution: contact us on +33 7 57 82 38 61.
